1. Strict No-Refund Policy
At Wan AI, we strive to provide the best AI video and image generation services. However, due to the unpredictable and inherently unstable nature of AI-generated content, as well as the immediate high computing costs incurred the moment a generation task begins, all purchases, subscriptions, and credit top-ups are strictly final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds, whether partial or full, for any of our services once a purchase has been completed, regardless of whether the generated output meets your subjective expectations.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to your premium features and remaining subscription credits until that cycle concludes.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or previous billing periods.
3. Service Quality and Expectations
Please note that AI generation relies on complex models, and outcomes can vary significantly based on prompts, parameters, and inherent model randomness. We highly recommend reviewing our prompt guides and trying out any available free credits (if applicable) before committing to a paid plan. Purchasing a subscription signifies your understanding and acceptance of these technological limitations.
